Yes, we are equipped to service all brands of electric bikes. Our technician can perform any mechanical or bicycle-related work on electric bikes, but we cannot diagnose electrical problems or install motor kit conversions.

Depending on the extent of the service work needed, we complete the work on the spot, at your home or work, or we bring the bike(s) back at our home-based workshop,

Service times vary based on the type of repair, but most bikes are back on the road or trail within 12-36 hours. If special parts need to be ordered, turnaround time may extend slightly, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
