How do I schedule my service appointment?

Do you service electric bikes?

Yes, we are equipped to service all brands of electric bikes. Our technician can perform any mechanical or bicycle-related work on electric bikes, but we cannot diagnose electrical problems or install motor kit conversions.

Where do you do your service repair work?

Depending on the extent of the service work needed, we complete the work on the spot, at your home or work, or we bring the bike(s) back at our home-based workshop

How long does service typically take?

Service times vary based on the type of repair, but most bikes are back on the road or trail within 12-36 hours. If special parts need to be ordered, turnaround time may extend slightly, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.

Does Crank Worx Bike Shop sell bikes?

We do not stock any bicycles, but we do sell REID bicycles. Check out their website and contact us for more information.

Your service packages only include labor, how much will parts cost?

The cost of parts is determined by what is required for your bike. Our technician will walk you through any parts needed before the service, so you are educated and informed on what is needed. We stock an array of parts in order to complete your service and get you ready to ride.

Do you install bike components / accessories?

Yes, we can install customer-sourced components and accessories. If you need support in sourcing parts, please reach out (715) 629-7246 (call or text).

What type of bikes do you service?

Crank Worx Bike Shop is a full-service mobile bike shop, equipped with all the tools and technical expertise to service every kind of bike including, Road, Mountain, Hybrid/Commuter, E-bikes, tandem, trikes, kids’ bikes, etc.

Are you more expensive than a bike shop?

Nope! Our prices are right in line with your local bike shop—but with the added convenience of coming to you. No need to haul your bike across town or rearrange your schedule. We bring expert service straight to your doorstep.

What is your service area?

We travel throughout the St. Croix Valley, including River Falls, Hudson, Prescott, Roberts, and surrounding communities, bringing bike service right to your driveway, workplace, or trailhead. If you're in the area, chances are—we come to you!

Do you charge a fee to travel to me?

Most local visits within the St. Croix Valley will stay low-cost or free, and we’ll always let you know the fee upfront. Our goal is to keep service affordable while continuing to bring the bike shop to your doorstep.
